Alix Schwartz is a published and award winning Photographer and Creative Director for The Fearless Life. She received a BFA from CalArts and is an advocate for consent based practices through IDC. Her background in film, theater, and movement gives her a unique eye for visual story telling and a deep understanding of both in-front of and behind the camera craftsmanship. She is drawn to exploring and capturing the human connection through the lens, playing with movement and natural light, and bouncing between high-fashion theatrics and raw life.

 

The fearless life was created out of the desire to capture the essence of bravery and vulnerability through photography. Inspired by the quote from a NoFitState circus show  “I’m afraid of the whole world, but nothing stops me.” Alix has made it her goal to conquer her fears in life which has sparked her passion of capturing peoples bravery, no matter how big or small.
